CSIA Ski Instructor level 3

This Level 3 of ski instructor certification is for advanced skiers that have passed their Level 2 certification.

The course helps ski instructors to improve their situational teaching skills, to obtain a better understanding of CSIA technique and methodology, the role of ski teaching within the ski industry, as well as an introduction to training instructors.

It combines practical ski teaching methods, technical understanding and development, and a higher level of guest service skills. Candidates will receive training on their skiing, teaching and people skills with a goal to reach the Level 3 standard. They will also receive ideas and advice towards long-term development. Similar to the level 1 and level 2 courses the course is separated between teaching and skiing and is done over a 5 day course with a 2 day separate exam.
