The snow park qualification is what you aim for when you sign up to the spring freestyle course. By choosing to undergo this course you are looking to improve your ability in the park as well as learning all the necessary skills and components to allow you to teach someone these park skills.

You will be tested on your teaching skills and your ability in the park.

This course covers:

• An introduction to teaching snow park skills
• Ski improvement
• Park etiquette
• Safety
• Teaching methodology and progressions for switch skiing, rails, jumps and intro to the half pipe.

I've passed, who can I teach?

As a successful candidate, you will be certified to teach snow park skills up to and including intermediate skiers.

How long is the exam and is it stressful?

The exam is set over 3 days, is fun, enjoyable and set in a relaxed atmosphere. Stress doesn't exist in the mountains! Assessment is continuous throughout the duration of the 3 day exam.
