WHAT IS INCLUDED

On mountain ski in/ski out modern condo style luxury accommodation with facilities from hot tubs to sound systems proving you with plenty of space to relax after a hard day on the snow.

Unit sizes vary from studios that will sleep 3 up to 3 bedroom penthouses that can sleep as many as 10 privately. So whether you are travelling with friends, on your own or a partner there is something to suit everyone.

FINE DINING

Dine with new found friends or by yourself on our weekday meal plan catered for in specially chosen restaurants at both our locations.

SKI WITH A CHAMPIONBaldface-Shoot-Ryan-Flett-20

Get to ski with 7 time Canadian Champion and 4 times North American Champion Edith Rozsa. In between filming for Canada's Ski Television, Edith takes time out to ski with all Snow Rehab guests at some point during their course. This may be a day in the powder or getting some tips whilst racing gates but we can guarantee it to be good fun. Challenge her to a race and if you beat her we will give you a free Snow Rehab Ski Jacket!

FLIGHTS & TRANSFERS

Flights are arranged to suit your travelling schedule, departing from London airports flying to Kelowna, Canada, where you will be transfered by shuttle to your chosen resorts. Car hire or private drivers can be arranged depending on preference.

LIFT PASSES

Access to all lifts on your chosen mountain included in your package.

10 days of training with one of the Snow Rehab Team during your stay. We have hand picked some of Canada's finest coaches to ski with you, analyse and coach you on a day to day basis. During your stay you will learn skills used by professional racers and by the people who coach instructors to all levels. By the end of your holiday you will be coping with all terrain in a different way.

One of the aims of your tailor made ski training course is to get you out into the powder by the end of your stay. This day is a winter memory that sticks in your head for a long time, but we will also bring along the camera, video and edit it for you to take home to show family and friends.

MON Meet your trainer and get on to the mountain for terrain adaptation and skill assessment

TUE Focus on strengths and work on exercises to strengthen weaknesses.

WED Tree lines and powder skiing

THUR Continuation of ski improvement focusing on individual skills with some focused bump training

FRID Race day with Edith Rozsa. Challenge yourself or race against friends, loser gets a round of drinks.

SAT Avalanche awareness course for those with this included, free time for others

SUN continuation of avalanche awareness course, one on one coaching for those who have the option and preparing to depart to other mountain

MON Terrain adaptation on new mountain

TUE Go under the rope with guide

WED Cat ski or Heli ski training day

THUR Steeps, powder and mini cliff day, push your limits

FRID Cat skiing - day out with the group in the backcountry of Revelstoke 

SAT Chill out day on the hill with the group, trainers and Snow Rehab Team

SUNTime to say goodbye, pack up the planks until the next time and go home.

AVALANCHE AWARENESS COURSE - £152

Be more prepared to deal with the dangers of snow conditions after this two day weekend course. The course is held by a member of the Canadian Avalanche Association and teaches basic awareness, how to use avalanche equipment like beacons, probes and shovels. Leave the course with an AST level 1 Certificate. N.B is subject to availability

BACKCOUNTRY TOURING WITH SKINS - from £150, min 6 participants required

This is a day touring in the backcountry of the Selkirk mountain range with your skis, skins and a professional mountain guide. Pack some energy and prepare yourself to go under the rope where few have been before. You will be amazed by the quietness and vast spaces around you but will be left with some awesome photos and great tales of amazing powder to tell at the dinner table.

STEEPS AND DEEPS - included in course price but needs to be pre-booked

If you have not yet tried skiing the awesome steeps with bundles of deep snow the Canadian mountains have to offer all you need to do is request this from your trainer. They will be happy to oblige.

SKI TUNING CLINICS - £45 min 4 people per session

Learn more about how to look after you equipment and get the best performance from it. This is a 2 hour evening session.

TREE LINES - included with the course but needs to be pre-booked

Nothing really tops skiing well through tree lines where you find some amazing untouched powder. Request this prior to your course and we will make sure your trainer plans some of the favourites.

CLIFF LINES - included with the course but needs to be pre-booked

Like you have seen on TV, but if this is one of the extras you want to participate on, make sure to pack an extra bit of courage. You will be started on small drops and progress to as large as you want to go. This is not for the faint hearted.

PRE & OFF SNOW FITNESS - from £45 

You don't ski to get fit, you get fit to ski is something you might have heard before. Have a pre snow fitness programme designed for you by a qualified sports scientist/personal trainer, or if you really want to push the boat out speak to us about a training week in Scotland prior to departure.

NUTRITIONAL ADVICE - from £45

Using the correct food prior to any physical sport is essential to a good performance. Our team nutritionist can create plans and recipes for you, which will help you to build energy pre and during course. These may also help with weight loss if that is what you would like.

SNOW SHOEING - from £55

A great way to explore your surroundings when you are not on the slopes. Join us for an evening snowshoe around the many trails available where you might be lucky enough to spot some of Canada's wildlife.

ICE CLIMBING - £70

Harness up and try your hand, and arms and legs at a spot of Ice Climbing on a man made tower, so no worries about hundreds of feet drops.

NATURAL SPA TRIPS - POA

Although you will have the luxury of hot tubs within the accommodation provided, it is always nice to try one of the local natural spas or if you fancy a day of the snow, treat yourself to a visit to one of the local spa centre for the whole treatment.

ICE SKATING & HOCKEY - from £12

Get those skates on and have a little slide around the floodlit ice rink, participate in a game of hockey or go and watch the professionals play at the local stadium.

DOG SLEDDING - from £119

Take yourself, your partner or a group of friends out in the night being pulled by the amazing working Huskies. This is an amazing experience you should try at least once in your life.

HORSE DRAWN SLEIGHS - from £10.50

Enjoy a moonlit horse drawn sleigh ride with a group of friends, or maybe a romantic sleigh ride with your partner.

TUBING - from £11

You cant beat the laughter you get from sliding down a tube track on a large inflatable ring. Try toasting some marshmallows on the open fire once you have finished.
