Join our 6 week course at Big White and train to become a ski instructor. Not everyone has 12 weeks to spare from their busy lifestyles, so we have prepared a shorter course which still results in an instructor certification. Turn up at this mountain with some ski skills and a few weeks down the line, leave a ski instructor. During the time you will learn what it is like to live the lifestyle ski instructors live season to season. Wake each morning to some of the best snow in the world, clip into your ski's and get out to train with some amazing pro's. Finish your day having a drink in one of the local bars with new found friends, or for the health concious amongst us nip to the gym to work of the lactic acid accumulated during the day. Whatever your choice Big White will deliver. The only prerequisite needed for this course is that you have skied for at least a couple of weeks.
Snow rehab have chosen the best instructors Big White Ski School has to offer to train you during your course, to acheive the highest possible success rate within a short period of time. The Level 3 and 4 coaches we use have many year experience within the industry and will focus on each individual student to help them enjoy each step of the process. During which time you will learn to make turns on a variety of terrain from groomed runs to powder.
Once you have your Level 1 ski instructor qualification you will be able to apply to work in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Argentina, Japan and Europe. Wherever you want to teach, the relationship Big White has with many ski and snowboard schools will open doors for you.
