white gold , we sold everything off in northern ontario for a vision of a dream ! a 5 year old at the time named caleb said dad where are the snowy mountains so i pulled out a map of the rockies and showed him. he had been skiing for 2 seasons at that point and said why dont we move here! and he pointed to rev. its been almost i year and we are in heaven with an epic year inthe shadows and another one to come we love this place and certainly call it home. jeff

There are two types of people, those who hate snow and those who love it. I love it. I first went skiing in Cervinia, Italy, where my brother was a holiday rep, a year later, I was living there, working in a bar on a red run, thats where the addiction started, skiing to work carrying crates of beer and skiing home from work carrying bags of rubbish, straight to the pub for some apres. It's not just a sport or a hobby, it's a lifestyle. Since then (18 years ago), skiing has always been a part of my life. I will see you guys at Scotlands Ski and Board show.

Even though I say so myself, the slopes get even COOLER when I hit them man. I started really young so I will be the one to watch in future. (honest it is talent speaking here, not just a big head!!!)

Well, there are some people which don´t like snow.I think that they are the worst people ever.Snow is a harmony of life and skiing must be a part of you every moment.I don´t practice skiing, because the slopes are really far away from me.But I don´t know.I found something in snow many years ago.Something special. And now winter and skiing become my best moments ever.I have no idea, but I feel really bad in summer days.I think that I have a wintersick.I grew with world cup skiers on the tv and than in live.Wonderful feeling, incredible people.I admire all the skiers, especially Anja Pärson. She is so strong.Because of this champion from Sweden I became a really big fan of World Cup Alpine skiing.I think that winter is my lifestyle.I feel very comfortable. In other words, skiing is basically the same as playing the violin. And better.I LOVE SKIING AND WINTER!

Came late to the snow. After more than two decades of surfing we finally hit up the mountain. It hit me like a hammer - this huge, beautiful white wave that is just there all the time... ubelievable. Everything changed!

I'm addicted to snow because it makes even the most mundane landscape picturesque, and it occasionally prevents me getting into work in th UK. It also makes skiing and snowboarding possible, and, let's face it, what more could you want in life?

Hi, I'm Jason, and I'm an addict. I'm not sure when or how it started exactly, but things got out of hand in university. My priorities got all out of whack and somehow work and school blocked the addiction. I hadn't had a fix in a couple years. Things were bad. Real bad. I spent endless hours at a gym. Indoors! Trying to fill the void. Then in March there was a big dump. Everything changed. I went skiing, by myself, and that was the end of that. Within a year i had moved to Whistler and was a CSIA level 2 certified instructor. wish i had Snow Rehab to help me back then. Things took a major turn for the worse the following season. I was teaching 4 very novice ladies. We were at Olympic Station on Whistler. It was pouring rain, we were soaking wet and we were all having way too much fun. I knew then, that i would never again escape the vile and ever tightening grip of the addiction. The addiction we call skiing. Please, help me Snow Rehab, you're my only hope.

Well Jason sounds like you got it really bad, there is no cure. However we prescribe as much snow as you can possibly take during the winter 2011/12 which will help ease things a little for you! To be taken three times daily, a lot in the morning, more mid morning and a little more in the afternoon. This should see you through until the next day where you should repeat it all over again.

I love snow, it transforms the mountains into a whole new playground in the Winter. Whether the conditions are pristine or 'challenging' It is always a entirely different experience each time. I learnt to ski on the slopes of the Lecht in Scotland, and somewhere in between battling the driving, horizontal sleet and black ice, I got a taste for hurling myself down the side of a hill with two think planks strapped to my feet. It's quite bizarre if you think about it really..
