Revelstoke Mountain

Highest Verticle In North America

Everything about Revelstoke Mountain Resort is raw. The mountain, terrain, snowfall, the vertical it is all RAW! On this mountain you will always find big lines, big skis, big boards, big air and bigger smiles!

Revelstoke Gondola

Whether you're booking in for a 6 or 12 week ski or snowboard improvement or instructor course, there is no way you will tire of the endless riding options. And, as your abilities improve, you will continuously find different terrain to tackle. When you arrive in Revy, you may look at those bowls and think: 'oh man, I would love to ride that but am just not good enough!'. Keep drooling over it, because throughout the time you are with Snow Rehab, your skills will improve and before you know it, you'll be ripping lines in places just weeks earlier you only dreamed of.

If that is not enough to get you, what about skiing a perfectly groomed 15.2 km run from top lift down to the valley below. At RMR, you get to ski the longest vertical in North America. You might not be able to rip turns from the top to bottom day 1, but we'll get you there with many miles throughout your time with us, and you'll look good doing it!

Cat Skiing

Extreme winter mountain experiences is what we are here to create for you, and that experience would not be complete without a cat skiing trip. Imagine this: blue bird day and you're up at the crack of dawn. It's been dumping all night, and the snowbanks are growing steadily around town. You head up to the hill, get fitted with your powder board(s), your avalanche transceiver and jump on the first gondola up the mountain. You get to the top and traverse over to the waiting snow cat. Diamonds sparkle all around you as the sun glints off ultra light snow particles that just don't want to settle. Wide open bowls, trees, bottomless powder and face shots await you and 11 very lucky people who get to play in this powder paradise all day. How much playtime do you get? The strength in your legs will be the only limiting factor!

Cat and Heli Skiing is Normal on This Hill

You know you're living the dream when the wash from the chopper blades pushes you back and takes your breath away. Then the sensation of rising up and up and up above mountain ranges as far as the eye can see, and knowing that you may get to ski or board on some of those far away snow covered peaks. Isn't this every boarders and skier's dream? Selkirk Tangiers can do this for you. They are Canada's 3rd largest helicopter skiing operation with a tenure of 500,000 acres. And the cool thing is that you start your dream day right in Revelstoke, complete with all the back country equipment you will need to have fun and be safe. Fresh, light bottomless powder all day!

Skiers at Revelstoke Mountain Resort

The White Stuff

This past winter was an excellent example of just how perfectly positioned Revelstoke is for snowfall. A record 60 feet of snow fell on the resort, and with temperatures hovering around the -5 mark, you're guaranteed large, light flakes of the white stuff. Because of it's geographic location sandwiched between the Monashee and Selkirk Mountain Ranges, coastal and inland storms converge here and dump ridiculous amounts of snow. Days after a snowfall, you will still be finding fresh tracks in the bowls and glades. We recommend packing a snorkel…………….u will be sliding through this stuff not on it!

The Outdoor Centre

The pros at the Outdoor Centre are highly qualified CSIA & CASI instructors, and in a lot of cases, many of them are qualified as ski and snow board instructors. Whether you are joining Snow Rehab for the instructor course or the improvement course, the snow school crew will help you refine your skills and ensure you're having an awesome time while also being safe. These pros know the mountain incredibly well, so you'll be riding the best terrain every day. They came into the industry for the lifestyle just as much as you've made the choice to go on a 'once in a lifetime' trip to Canada, so we're all in this for the same reason: fun! And that's a guarantee

Don't Take Our Word For It

Hiking, going under the rope and dropping steeps are the standard at this place! I could talk all day about the Cat Skiing in chest deep powder and backcountry touring days but to understand it you'll just have to experience it!
